Pricing and Availability

The demand for the privilege to see a private viewing of the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs Exhibition is enormous. Businesses, special interest groups, charities and overseas groups will be vying to see the Exhibition in private. In order to meet this demand, Tutankhamun Hospitality have graded the days from a Gold Time (generally midweek) to a Budget Time (normally at weekends).

In addition, we are offering a range of catering options - from a light buffet option with beers, wines and soft drinks to a more expensive option of a sit-down dinner. You will be able to upgrade the drinks packages to include champagne or a full bar if you wish.

The main cost is attributed to the exclusive viewing opportunity to see the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs. This cost is fixed for each night. So the more guests you take the cheaper per person the price becomes. Prices shown are based on 50 to 200+ people. Quotations for larger groups from 300-1000 are available on request via your sales agent.

How to calculate the cost of your event

In order to establish a price you need to:

• Step 1: Visit the pricing matrix and select the desired month from the drop down menu.
• Step 2: Select an evening, lunch or breakfast function time.
• Step 3: Choose a free date using the calendar (note the grading colour code).
• Step 4: Decide on the number of guests appropriate and the style of hospitality package desired.
• Step 5: Read off the cost per person within the appropriate grading column.
