How to calculate the cost of your event

  1. Step 1: Click on the desired month from the drop down menu.
  2. Step 2: Select an evening, lunch or breakfast function time.
  3. Step 3: Choose a free date using the calendar (note the grading colour code).
  4. Step 4: Decide on the number of guests appropriate and the style of hospitality package desired.
  5. Step 5: Read off the cost per person within the appropriate grading column.

Note: prices are cost per person and exclude VAT.

Grading Key

The grading system is based on expected demand - Gold being the most popular times and Copper the least. Prices are adjusted according to the grading.
