Q: How do I purchase single general admission tickets to the exhibition?

A. Please visit www.visitlondon.com/tutankhamun for further information on single or group bookings. Tickets can be purchased through SeeTickets or Ticketmaster. Tickets are now on sale to the general public.

Q. How can I buy an official hospitality programme to visit the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs Exhibition?

A. The Organisers have appointed Tutankhamun Hospitality Limited (THL) to operate the official hospitality programme on their behalf. THL is offering a range of packages throughout the duration of the Exhibition to cover a wide range of requirements. THL has appointed, a number of official sales agents to promote and sell the packages on its behalf.

The package details and prices are available to view on this website, and details of these official agents are listed on the register interest / how to book page. An Official Hospitality Agent can sell to any customer, in any country, through the world.

Q. What exactly is included in the hospitality packages?

A. The packages are designed to cover a wide range of budgets and requirements. Full details of our hospitality package content can be found on this website.

Tutankhamun Hospitality Limited is designing a unique and exclusive hospitality facility - Pharaohs' Palace, which will be built adjacent to the Exhibition itself with direct access. It will be both educational and entertaining. All packages come complete with a food and beverage element.

We are offering breakfast, lunch and evening packages. Evening packages will all include exclusive access to see the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs, and arrangements can also be made for an exclusive viewing during the breakfast period. Lunchtime package includes reserved time-entry ticket which will ensure your entry into the Exhibition at specific times.

Q. The packages on offer do not exactly meet our requirements. Can we tailor-make the event to meet our specific requirements?

A. Yes, of course. Please discuss your requirements with your sales agent. The operations team at Tutankhamun Hospitality will try and help wherever possible.

Q. Do I have to be from a company or business to purchase the packages?

A. No. The packages will be suitable for the business community, conference and seminar social programmes, special interest groups, charities and organisations. We hope that any organisation with an interest in Tutankhamun will appreciate the unique nature of the Pharaohs Palace.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum number of places I can purchase?

A. Tutankhamun's Palace is perfect for groups of between fifty and three hundred persons. It will be designed in such a way that any number between these figures will feel comfortable in the facility. Contact your sales agents to discuss your requirements.

Q. I notice you are offering a number of different packages with differing food and beverage elements. When can I see the menu options?

A. The menus are now viewable on our website under each package. You will be sent a booking form in good time prior to your event which will detail your menu and drinks options. Included in this menu pack will be a "special requirements" form which will ask for any dietary requirements.

Q: If I have less than 50 guests that I wish to entertain in The Pharaohs' Palace, can I still purchase hospitality tickets?

A. Yes. Tutankhamun Hospitality has just released three shared evening dates Ð 30th November, 13th December and 16th January where you can purchase a table of 10 or more on one of these nights. Please see the Pharaohs' Banquet for further information.

Q. Can we change the dishes on a menu?

A. Yes, to some extent. You may swap a dish from one menu to another as long as the menu keeps the same format ie for a 3 course dinner, if you would prefer the entrée from another menu, then you may swap the dish.

Q. On the shared evening can I chose my own menu?

A. Unfortunately not, our kitchen space is very limited and therefore we are unable to accommodate different menus.

Q. Will we be able to theme Tutankhamun's Palace to our company with branding and merchandise?

A. No. In order to protect the rights of the Exhibitions sponsors and the integrity of the Pharaohs' Palace will not allow overt company branding. See the terms and conditions of booking for more details.

Q. Who do I pay for the packages?

A. Your appointed sales agent will invoice you directly for your packages and any extras that you may require. Full payment must be received for the package and extras by Tutankhamun Hospitality before the hospitality packs (maps, itinerary and admission passes) are sent to you for onward dispatch to your guests.

Your company/organisation will be required to pay the non-refundable deposit within 14 days to secure your chosen date and time.

Q. When will we receive our tickets and hospitality packs?

A. Subject to full payment being received by Tutankhamun Hospitality Limited, you hospitality packs will be dispatched, via your chosen agent, 2-3 weeks prior to your event.

Q. I am interested in enhancing our event both at the O2 and after the event, with other services such as transportation, accommodation, river-trip etc. Can you organize this on our behalf?

A. Your chosen agency will be able to provide enhancements to your event at the Exhibition, such as speakers, and entertainment etc. as well as additional elements outside the venue. See section on Optional Extras.

Q. We wish to purchase some special gifts to our guests. How is this possible?

A. A merchandising outlet will be available at the Exhibition but clients will be offered the opportunity to pre-purchase items prior to their event.

Q. I am considering taking a lunchtime package. I understand that the exclusive access to the Exhibition is not available for this package and that we will receive a timed-entry ticket. Please explain how this timed-entry ticket works?

A. Your company/organisation will receive exclusive rights to the Tutankhamun's Palace. However, as during the lunch period the general public will have access to the Exhibition itself, Tutankhamun Hospitality will purchase timed-entry tickets for your party. These timed-entry tickets will allow you and your guests to enter the Exhibition during a specific time period, for example between 14.00 - 14.30 hours on your particular day, but you will be dispersed with the general public.

Q. Will I be allowed to use these packages for trade, sales or consumer competition prizes or any other commercial promotion?

A. Definitely not. The Terms and Conditions of Sale will preclude you from using the tickets in any commercial activity which includes trade, sales and consumer competitions without the written permission from the Organisers.
